Clear Pricing, the Way it Should Be
At TrustWell, we don’t sell products and don’t receive commissions. We only work for you and we believe that you should know exactly what you are paying for so we are completely transparent with our fees.
Some clients prefer to just have us help with investment management or financial planning, but most people choose to have us help with both. We are flexible and often waive the planning fee if you join us as an investment management client.
Investment Management Pricing
We generally require a minimum of $100,000 to join us as an investment management client.

¼ of the annual fee is automatically deducted from the account at the end of each quarter based on the average balance for that quarter.
We have chosen Charles Schwab as the third party custodian for our client’s accounts. The account we will help you open at Schwab will be yours and you will have full-control of it at all times. Charles Schwab and the investments within your portfolio may charge fees, but the only income we receive is from the quarterly fees paid to TrustWell for ongoing management. Our goal is the same as yours: less fees, more money for you.
Financial Planning Fees
Our fees vary depending on the scope of the work. After your free initial consultation, we will provide you with a quote. Our fee is fully-disclosed and the terms of the engagement are documented in a written agreement before any work begins. Next, we will request an initial deposit before we begin our analysis, with the balance payable upon plan completion.
Most clients choose a firm, fixed fee but we are willing to work on an hourly basis ($250/hr) or an annual retainer depending on whatever works best for you. All of our financial plans include 12 months of ongoing support and if for whatever reason you are not satisfied with our planning work, we offer a unique money back guarantee.
